Swathi keeps the day-to-day engine of HimaReddy.com running smoothly—from managing team members and projects, to translating big ideas into actionable strategy. She joined in 2020, bringing her knack for structure, problem-solving, and systems to the team. (She’s also Hima’s younger sister—so she’s been in our corner since day one!)
What lights Swathi up most is knowing that our work behind-the-scenes translates into supporting active, self-directed traders to build lasting skills! She loves turning complexity into clarity and spotting patterns. And she’s especially proud of assembling the A+ team that makes everything possible.
When she’s not in operator mode, Swathi is probably planning her next digital nomad getaway or crossing another classic movie off her the American Film Institute’s Top 100 Films of All Time.

Usman connects with members of the Hima Reddy Trading Tribe, helping them find the right tools and membership options to support their trading journey. His day-to-day involves meaningful conversations—both over the phone and through email—where he listens closely to each trader’s goals, experience level, and challenges to recommend the best fit.
One example? A trader recently came in looking for more consistency. By asking questions about their trading style, experience, and the platforms they use, Usman was able to guide them toward the right membership. Many members, like this one, go on to see results within their first month of implementation.
What makes a great outreach conversation for Usman is hearing someone’s “why”—what they’re hoping to change or achieve in their trading life. That moment when a trader feels seen and supported is what fuels him. One of his proudest moments so far? Seeing a previously hesitant interested trader return a few weeks later with genuine excitement and progress to share!
Usman is based in Lahore and has a strong personal interest in crypto and financial markets. Outside of work, he’s often diving into new tech or exploring digital trends that are reshaping how we live and trade.
As the quiet engine behind the company’s digital operations, Asjad helps ensure every trader has the smoothest experience possible—from learning and getting support to progressing confidently in their education. He keeps data flowing cleanly, maintains our client management systems, and troubleshoots tech hiccups behind the scenes.
He joined the team in early 2024, drawn by his love of numbers and the positive, collaborative vibe at Team HimaReddy. He’s especially proud of the organized reporting systems he’s built, which provide insights that help us make better decisions in service of our traders. Asjad stays energized by the thoughtful leadership of Hima and Swathi, whose feedback motivates him to keep growing.
Fun Fact: When Asjad is off the clock, you’ll find him hiking and cycling—he’s already summited some of Southeast Asia’s tallest peaks and plans to conquer many more soon!
Kyli is the Executive Assistant to Hima, and often supports the broader team when needed. She helps to keep things running smoothly with “Inbox Zero” energy and a knack for tackling the “low-hanging fruit” so the team can stay focused on high-priority work—especially Hima, which allows her to best serve our growing Trading Tribe.
Kyli thrives on learning new systems and streamlining workflows, and she’s recently leveled up in project management via Asana and SEO operations. Her attention to detail, adaptability to shifting needs, and calm under pressure make her a quiet but mighty force behind the scenes.
Fun Fact: Outside of work, Kyli loves summer lake days, gardening, baking, and adventuring with her family—including four years of full-time camper life across the U.S.
